Child and Adolescent Therapy

Growing up can be tough, but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming.

We aim for children and teens to see us as trusted allies when they feel misunderstood. Our goal is to build trust through our child and adolescent therapy, encouraging them to share their concerns. Together, we celebrate the positives and help them develop skills to face life’s challenges. We share your desire for them to become self-sufficient, resourceful, and happy adults, even if that journey feels far off. We also value the relationship you’ve built with them and are here to support you as well.

A Note for Parents

Every parent wants the best for their child, and we’re here to help you figure out what that means for yours.

From the moment our children are born, we’re filled with love—and worry. Are they happy? Will they reach their potential? Are we doing enough or too much? While parenting books can provide guidance, each child is unique, and every family has its own dynamics. We’ve helped many parents understand their children’s needs, from toddlers to teenagers, coaching them through various challenges. Our child and adolescent therapy focuses on working directly with children, helping them express their struggles and learn strategies that build resilience and confidence.

Key aspects of our child and adolescent therapy include expertise in evidence-based treatments such as behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), social skills training, gradual exposure therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and play therapy.
